I recently have been having herbalife tea and a liftoff tablet for breakfast, and it really boosts my metabolism, i have tried the meal replacement shakes (powder, ice, skim milk, strawberries & banana) for breakfast and realized i ate less lunch and could not even finish half of my dinner that day...i was surprised! my feelings towards herbalife are more welcoming than they were as of a few months ago (i keep saying eating right is all it takes with exercise) but i find it very hard to eat right in my fast pase life.anyone out there have any good tips about herbalife? what you do, how you eat, your exercise plan and how you have became fit again?
